Guido Fawkes and others broke the story today that the Liberal Democrats' election mastermind Lord Razzall has quit his post and is now Ming's personal spin doctor. Clearly someone is trying to put the Lib Dems in order after disappointing results, but is merely moving a few people around going to turn the Liberal Democrats around? Razzall is not the reason why the party is flatlining and confidence is collapsing in the party's second leader this year.
