Interesting links. I originally dismissed Andrew Boff's candidacy out of hand remembering some of his more bizarre comments when he came to speak at a 2004 London elections hustings at Imperial College. His ideas for Mayor look very appealing. He does need to develop some of the substance but that, understandably, will take time.
