Problems with Tracksy?

Is anyone else experiencing problems with Tracksy at the moment? I think my account there has been deleted.

Yes. Since the weekend and I think my account has been deleted. I e-mailed them this morning and they have yet to respond as of 6:10 this evening

I use StatCounter and haven't had any problems. Very annoying for you though and Paul though.

Tracksy down a week now with server problems. Many accounts apparently deleted according to them.
I tried today to set up a whole new account with different username and login and could not get it accepted either.
No reply to emails.
If you have any success, please let me know. Thanks.

Yes, as Paul says, Tracksy went down last weekend (6-7th)and has yet to recover. When the mainpage came back last week I found that my account had been deleted so tried to set up a new one. As I didn't have the visual security check, I e-mailed them but four days later have had no response. Perhaps they have alot to reply too. In the meantime, I have set up a new account with StatCounter which (as Ellee says) is working fine.

Repeated emails have gotten no response.

I had a PAID account.

I'm beyond annoyed.

Any ideas, anyone?

No replies to my queries, and my account's apparently been deleted as well. I've lost two years of old data, and six months of current data--I'm furious!!!

The moment I log in Tracksy says the session has timed out. I hope my account hasn't been deleted. That happened to me before (though that time it might not have been a glitch - I changed my blog template and forgot to put the tracky code in, so it might have been deleted due to inactivity).
